About the course
Improve Your Life. Measure the Difference. Life is a continuing collection of experiences and activities. How can you use information from your own life to: - Understand and measure your happiness? - Identify specific opportunities to improve your life? - Choose and take action to pursue those opportunities? - Measure what changed in your life by comparing before and after taking action? The Masterclass includes 14 video lessons and 6 downloadable worksheets, provided as Articles alongside the relevant videos. Download the worksheets before beginning the corresponding exercises. You can write, type, or dictate your answers. The Now Be Happier System Masterclass begins with the fundamentals of happiness, including how to measure it using your Happiness Score. From that foundation, you’ll learn to identify specific opportunities to improve your life, choose changes that matter to you, and measure results after taking action. Marc Halpern, creator of the Now Be Happier System, teaches you to use the simple Now Be Happier app, requiring less than five minutes a day of engagement, to collect information about your activities and experiences. The automatically generated Opportunity Table organizes that information into specific activities you can examine for potential improvement. Through a structured Self-Interview, you’ll explore those opportunities and choose one or more opportunities upon which to act. Then you’ll create your Action Plan and use Historical Opportunity Tables to see whether the specific aspects of your life you chose to work on actually changed, and by how much. The system gives you a practical way to understand your current situation, choose where to begin improving your life, and measure the difference. This Masterclass teaches a complete, self-contained system. There is no follow-up upsell. Complete the Masterclass at your own pace, with no completion deadline. Pause to apply what you learn and return to the lessons whenever you need them.
